RETURN POLICY

A customer is entitled to refuse the ordered product of a proper quality at any time before the receipt, and after receipt - within 14 days, not considering the day of purchase. Proper quality product return is possible if it preserves marketable condition, consumer performance and a document confirming the fact and conditions of product purchase.

Terms of orders return / exchange delivered by courier in Moscow:

(equally applied to exchange / return of items not suitable by a style or with a spoilage in production)

To return an item purchased in online store, You should:

1. Download the form and a sample of the return application

2. Fill in the form

3. Send the scan of a completed application to the following email address: [email protected], in the subject line is to be specified "exchange and return № (your order)."

4. Within 2 days wait for a response from the online store manager.

- return application

7. The money will be refunded to the account specified in the Return Application within 10 days.

Please note that the item is accepted back only with entire contents of a product, with all the packages and labels, in unworn / unused condition.

Until the order is shipped, you have the right to refuse it without deducting of the delivery cost.

You have the right to cancel the order at the time of delivery, and the shipping cost will be charged.

Blackstarshop.ru reserves the right to refuse the return of the goods, if it is reported or sent out of stipulated terms, or if the product is not in the same condition in which it was received by the buyer.
